DESCRIPTION:This year the General Assembly will take place in two parts: \n1. An Extraordinary General Assembly whose aim is to approve (or not) the modification of the statutes in order to open it to all persons interested in Hygiene (in the sense of Health)\, Safety and Environment\, upon presentation of a motivation letter. \nThe preliminary draft (subject to change) can be consulted here. Do not hesitate to bring your comments before the GA. \nNB: As the presence (or representation by proxy) of at least half of the members at this EGA is necessary for the approval of these statutes\, we expect a large attendance. In case of unavailability\, please give a proxy to a member who can attend. \nIf this quorum is not reached\, we will organise a 2nd EGA on 23 March\, same place\, same time. For this 2nd EGM\, a quorum is not required but in any case\, the modification of the statutes must be approved by at least 2/3 of the voters (present or represented). \nOnly paid-up members will be able to vote: please pay your membership fee in advance (contact us if necessary). \n2. An ordinary GA\, as you are used to \nProgramme : \n\nA welcome from the President.\nReport on the activities of the year 2022 by the secretary.\nCash report for the year 2022 by the treasurer.\nReport of the auditors\nDiscussion of the reports\nProposal to amend the statutes to allow all interested persons to join\nDetermination of the entrance fee and the membership fees for the year 2024.\nPartial renewal of the Board of Directors.
